Senior SaaS Platform Developer (ServiceNow Specialist)

Remote/Off-Site (with occasional DC/PA metro travel)

Start Date: September 30, 2025

Type: Full-Time, Contract

Role Description

Design/develop/test SaaS features in ServiceNow, including dashboards and integrations with GCP.
Support workflow automation, KPI tracking, and shared services expansion.
Review requirements, build visualizations, and resolve technical issues.
Apply Lean Startup for rapid iterations and testing.
Enhance platforms with custom apps and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

Undergraduate Degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related.
10+ years ServiceNow/other SaaS development; 2+ years IT management/consulting.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer & Implementation Specialist.
JavaScript/SQL programming; Lean Startup/SDLC experience.
Active IT-II clearance (Tier 3).
Preferred: GCP analytics exposure.

Role Description

Design analytic solutions using GCP tools and ServiceNow for KPIs, dashboards, and predictive models.
Analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and support value tracking/optimization.
Translate use cases into insights for planning, fulfillment, and procurement.
Utilize Lean Startup for delivery, SQL for queries, and statistical algorithms.
Collaborate on data curation and visualizations.

Required Skills

Undergraduate Degree in CS, Stats, Engineering, Economics, or related.
10+ years in supply chain/operations analytics.
Certification in analytics tools (e.g., SAS, R, GCP Analytics, ServiceNow).
Experience with Lean Startup, SQL, relational/non-relational DBs.
Active IT-II clearance (Tier 3).
Preferred: AI/ML modeling in DoD contexts.
