We partnered with DLA to architect, design, and deliver scalable technology and data solutions that improved workforce efficiency, enterprise visibility, and operational decision-making. Our work leveraged modern, multi-platform cloud environments including AI/ML capabilities, ServiceNow, UiPath, SAP, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Outcome: Strengthened financial accountability and resource optimization enabling sustained intelligence and security operations

RAND Consulting Group delivered enhanced program and resource management support to U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), supporting intelligence operations through comprehensive Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) services. Our team provided senior-level expertise to ensure accurate resource alignment, financial oversight, and operational readiness across CONUS and OCONUS environments.

Our work enhances system reliability, transparency, and user experience by leveraging cloud-based platforms, secure API integration, and advanced analytics to enable data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Our support spans accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, audit readiness, and Fund Balance with Treasury reconciliation to ensure compliance with federal financial regulations and intelligence community standards. This effort strengthens financial transparency, improves data accuracy, and enables DIA leadership to make informed decisions while sustaining an unmodified audit posture across mission-critical intelligence operations.
